QUAKERTEK® ALHENA - 2 EP

QUAKERTEK® ALHENA - 2 EP is a synthetic grease designed for the lubrication of large bearings and bearings that operate at slow to medium speeds and under high vibrational loads. All bearings with a C/P service factor of less than 10 and an operating temperature ranging from -30 to 160°C (with peaks of up to 200°C) are highly recommended for the application of this grease. The remarkable water-repellent feature of QUAKERTEK™ ALHENA - 2 EP grease prevents alterations in its consistency and promotes uniformity in the film thickness throughout the range of application temperatures. It delivers high performance and lubricant cost savings in all bearings working in water-cooled conditions or under the influence of saturated steam, such as paper machines, the lubrication of rolling and sliding elements in continuous casters, roller paths, discharge plates, coolers, rolling mills, heat treatment furnaces, and, in general, for all components subjected to very high temperatures and heavy loads.
